Kalya’s business card triptych kills two birds with one stone

March 31, 2014

Kalya produces a range of high quality family remedies, and delivers services such as iyengar yoga and aromatherapy massage. The client approached me to help with promotion of all three business products. A way to showcase all Kalya’s products and services in one place — perhaps with a leaflet or a postcard. Or three! Tall order perhaps?

The obvious constant theme running through Kalya, is the person running the show: Tanya De Leersnyder. She is that unique ‘someone’ who makes the products and delivers the services personally. It would have been obvious to single out Tanya and literally describe her business’ ‘octopus arms’. The brief however, was to raise awareness of the name Kalya as an overarching brand.

I suggested we take advantage of Moo.com's personalised print for a single run of business cards. The business card would double up as a loyalty card. that allows you to print different things on one side

Saved on production costs by using MOO cards for the different business arms and differing contact details. The reverse side became a constant loyalty card for all products and services. To save Tanya the effort of turning the card to check what service it related to, a simple tick box system was included in the loyalty card design. A little detail that made a huge difference between an idea and a practicable idea!

Having all products showing next to the stampable zone generates interest in the full range of Kalya products. A subliminal message that is reinforced in multiple touch points each time the card gets used.

How are you making your business cards work harder for you?

iNKLiNGS is not affiliated with Moo, though I have tried and tested their business card products many times. Great service, environmentally friendly, and a try-before-you-buy system. Feel free to use my referral code http://www.moo.com/share/cfqjnf to get 10% off your first purchase.

Let me know how you get on ;)
